Portsoy Festival - Institute HallScottish Traditional Boat Festival - Portsoy 2 - 5 July INSTITUTE HALL (Institute Street) There are some great workshops at the Institute Hall during the Festival, including sock and gansey knitting with Paul Dodwell, and a rare opportunity to take part in a traditional tweed "waulking" session led by Norman Kennedy, accompanied by traditional waulking songs. Also, on Saturday and Sunday, Twist Fibre Craft will have a wide range of craft materials and supplies for sale. See the timetable of events below. The Hall is outwith the ticket zone for the festival, so entry is free. Don't miss this opportunity to take part.
